Ekeroma and I found the staff professional, helpful and able to answer all our queries. Tina and Rob found us a property that increases our tax benefits and fits in with the rest of our portfolio.

Hello Adam

I hope this email finds you and the rest of the staff at Vault all well.   

One day about the middle of 2009 we received a call from someone from Vault Property Group wanting to know if we were interested in buying investment property and could someone from Vault Property Group come and see us to show us the various options available to us in particular the tax savings we could make if we went ahead with buying property through Vault.   In a few days Adam came and interviewed us and took away a lot of information about us and our special circuststances for the vault staff and other related people to work on.   Within a week or so Adam came back with a very exciting proposal for us which was a property in Hamilton.  

It is one of 8 units that caters for people over 55 years old and has a Housing NZ lease on it.   As Glenn and I don't drive a staff member from Vault even drove us down there to view the property before purchasing it and they have promised to take us down once a year to check on our property from here on out.   It is great dealing with Adam and the other staff at Vault and we have no hesitation telling others about their free service.   You never know one day in the future we may even be able to add to our investment property portfolio and would come to Vault Property Group first to see what they would suggest.

My Husband and I already had one rental property that we managed ourselves and always want to expand our portfolio. One day we had a call from a Vault Representative asking us whether we were interested in investing in property. The call came at the right time for us as we were thinking along these lines anyway but not sure how to approach our next property. We had an appointment soon after our call from Vault with Tina Lum.

Tina visited us at our home and explained the process in great detail for us answering all of our questions and making things very easy to understand. Right from the beginning to when settlement date was, Tina was there for us all the way guiding us through the process and handling everything for us and even making a detailed folder for us to take home with all of our paperwork to date completely set up for our new accountant.

We have found Vault Property Group extremely professional and knowledgeable. All of the staff at Vault were great to deal with especially Tina and Dena Guildford the General Manager. We are looking forward to purchasing our next property through Vault in the near future. Their customer service is outstanding and we are so pleased to have been contacted by Vault.

We went into the first meeting with the sales consultant from Vault Property Group (VPG) with the usual amount of scepticism. Thinking that it will never work for us, simply because, things like this never do. We came out of the first meeting with a reasonable amount of optimism I suppose. But, of course we wanted to do some research ourselves. There was never any pressure put on us at any stage to sign up, it was all up to us, to take that first step. In the end, after looking at the quality of houses etc, we decided to go for it, as we needed something, for our future. VPG made the whole process so easy and doable for us. Without them, we simply wouldn't have had the guts to take that crucial first step. All their staff, and the people they recommend at certain stages in the process (i.e. mortgage broker, Lawyer, Accountant), are so friendly and obliging that nothing seemed to be a problem. And now, we are one of "those people" that have a rental property, which in the end , will help secure our future. We hope that this is the first, and not the last time we will be involved with VPG. We would both like to thank everyone involved for making this a life changing, smart decision for us. We can now look forward to the future with optimism, thanks to VPG and their staff

We had always been cautious about buying investment properties but after being introduced to Vault Property Group and hear what they had to say we decided to go with their advice.

It was the most painless experience. Everthing went so smooth and stressfree, no query or problem was too small to be dealt with by the very helpful and friendly staff.
