How much does it cost?
Vault’s service is absolutely free. The only costs involved are those associated with normal real estate transactions – legal fees, valuations, etc. These will be charged to Vault and accounted for at settlement.
How do I know this is the right investment for me?
We don’t just present you with anything. We look at your overall financial position, discuss with you your goals and start working on a long term plan. Once we have defined these important factors we find a suitable investment that fits into your situation.
Why do we hear some horror stories about property investing?
Over time property investing works. A number of the horror stories we hear about are generally from people who arrange the initial setup incorrectly or buy the wrong property for their situation. It appears easy at first but the reality is it’s easier to do it wrong if you don’t have the right people around you. The team at Vault will make sure it’s done correctly with the right reports, and best of all Vault’s service is completely free; we only on-charge the normal fees for valuations and additional professional services needed.
How do I claim a tax reduction from my investment property?
This is an aspect that you must leave to the property specalist accountant. Vault will ensure the structure is correct then we supply the accountant with the correct reports and once the accountant has received everything they will do the tax aspect for you. It generally takes three to six weeks to complete and come through.
How long does it take?
Once you have signed the letter of appointment, the process takes approximately five weeks to settlement. During that period you will be contacted by Dena Guildford who will walk you through the process in detail.
Do you hold a real estate license?
Our license is held by John Robinson Real Estate REAA. John has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and is fully licensed and bonded.
Why residential property?
Property is something that we all understand and it works as a long term passive investment. No matter what happens we can’t stop the population increase so we discuss with you many different aspects and points of current interest. But basically the population is growing year after year, growing faster than we can build to accommodate everyone, which in turn creates demand. In school we learn the basics of economics, “supply and demand factor”, when the demand is there prices increase. For hundreds of years the demand for property has been there and we can’t see it changing any time soon.
